Notification letters were sent on November 19, 2024 to Campbell County Planning and Zoning, OKI Regional Council of Governments, and the adjacent municipalities of Wilder, Cold Spring, and Ft. Thomas. Announcements were posted on the city's Facebook page and website. The notice and agenda were emailed to the commissioners and staff.
